VP Leadership Development - 2014 - 2016
Oversaw the launch of The Peter Lougheed Leadership Program, one of Canada’s most innovative centres for leadership development. At the Centre, more effective leaders are cultivated by developing new approaches to complex challenges such as income inequality, hopelessness within distressed communities, and nation building for indigenous communities.

Director of Innovation - 2011 - 2014
Led the effort to innovate the delivery of CCL’s world renowned leadership development programs. I co-founded the iLab to experiment with the innovative application of technology to accelerate learning and reduce the cost of providing transformative leadership experiences. I co-developed and delivered CCL’s Innovation Leadership Workshop

VP Organizational Innovation - 2000 - 2011

As a member of the executive team at Continuum, a preeminent international design and innovation consultancy, I shared responsibility for achieving sustained double digit revenue and profit growth for the firm. As organizational innovation practice lead, I sold and led consulting engagements with leading organizations worldwide.

VP Innovation and Design - 1988 - 2000

Led the product strategy team that managed Moen’s product development portfolio. Co-authored and led the implementation of a corporate-wide new product development process, established the Real World Lab and developed leading edge techniques for uncovering unarticulated consumer needs.
